The Mustangs now head into the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships coming off of back to back dual meet wins, the previous coming on the road against UC Santa Cruz on Jan. 27.
On Saturday morning, the Mustangs honored their nine graduating seniors: Joshua Billotte, Katie Cross, Katie Faris, Sean Keegan, Kelly McDermott, Briana Medvecki, Alexa Porter, Marisa Ritchie and Ryan Trichler.
They proceeded to dominate the contest, scoring victories in 21 of 32 events across both teams.
In their most recent head-to-head matchup on Jan. 14 of last year, Pacific had emerged victorious, winning 164-98 against the men’s team.
In this matchup, the Mustangs were able to beat the Tigers behind key performances from McDermott, Medveki, sophomore Drew Huston and freshman Olivia Sundgren.

Sundgren has been a standout freshman all season and continued her success with wins in the women’s 500-yard and 1000-yard freestyle events.
Three seniors recorded winning performances in their final home meets, including McDermott and Medveki with two each and Keegan adding another.
The Mustangs will now set their sights on the MPSF Championships, which begin with the diving portion on Feb. 11 at the Marguerite Aquatics Complex in Mission Viejo, California. The MPSF Swimming Championships will begin on Feb. 21 in St. George, Utah.
