Mail can be read without warrant
He doesn’t even need a warrant. At least, that’s what the latest news from the Hill implies. The House just passed H.R. 6407 in December, The Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act of 2006. One provision (among others) is that First Class mail cannot be opened without a warrant.
