Club sports athletes at Cal Poly are concerned about the damage to the fields caused by the Mustang Music Festival, which will double in capacity this year, and are worried about the lack of practice space for teams affected by the festival.

Local shops join nationwide shutdown against ICE
Multiple local businesses in San Luis Obispo County will be closed on Friday Jan. 30 in support of the national shutdown organized by grassroots activists to stand against Immigration and Customs Enforcement, while Field Day Coffee will be donating all of their profits to 805 Undocufund and Linnaea’s Cafe will be open only in the evening with a “pay what you wish” service.
