International Students at Cal Poly confront Visa and cultural obstacles
In recent months, changes under the Trump administration reshaped the international student experience in the United States. More than 1,800 international students lost their visa status, including 40 Cal State students who temporarily lost their visas, only to be given back after complaints and lawsuits. The restrictions and requirements have also increased for international students, including requiring all social media accounts to be public.Â
