At approximately 3:45 a.m. this morning, Tanner Robert Clark, 21, from Felton, California, was arrested for allegedly burglarizing an apartment on the 500 block of Hathway, San Luis Obispo. The resident of the house called the police to report that two males had entered his apartment through an unlocked front door and removed property. The police arrived and apprehended Clark in the living room of a nearby residence.

The stolen property was recovered shortly after the arrest of Clark. The second suspect was able to elude arrest and has not been identified. Additionally, during a search of a vehicle associated with the suspect, cocaine and marijuana were located. Clark was booked at the San Luis Obispo County Jail with bail set at $50,000.

    1. Until about 5 years ago the stretch of Hathway between Longview and California had streets signs that included: Hathway, Hathaway, and Hath Way. They’ve all been replaced with the correct version, Hathway.

  1. Actually Kate, as someone who has lived on both lower (500 block) and upper (100 block) Hathway, they are both Hathway. Try a google map search of hathaway in SLO and nothing exists. Its just people pronouncing it incorrectly.
