It’s that time of the week again — Tuesday Tunes. We bugged a handful of unsuspecting headphone-bearing students to see what they were listening to, and here’s what we found:
Hunter Little, biochemical and microbiology junior
“Hallelujah” (cover) by Bonnie McKee
“It’s a really good cover and she actually has a really good voice,” Little said. “She’s not as well-known as she could be and it’s something I found that I really enjoy.”
Sheree Muller, physics sophomore
“Magic” by Colbie Caillat
“I like it because I play guitar and she plays a lot of acoustic guitar and I’ve been in a very beach-y mood lately,” Muller said.
Jason Lee, mechanical engineering senior
“The Only Exception” by Paramore
“It was like a summer kind of jam for me,” Lee said. “It kind of reminds me of summer camp and now that it’s getting warm out it’s reminding me of that.”
AnnaMari Jaaksi, art and design freshman
“You & Me” by Disclosure feat. Eliza Doolittle
“It’s just super uplifting and really fun,” Jaaksi said.
