The Farmer’s Market has been around longer than many of its visitors have been alive. It continues to be successful to this day. A lot has changed since the 1980s, and the Farmer’s Market is no exception. Below are several documented moments from a typical night at Farmer’s, as well as vendors’ take on how the market has changed and why the tradition should be important to Cal Poly students.

Mother and daughter Tina and Sarah Enz with Wind Swept Farms are new to the Farmer's Market. They have had their stand for one year and describe the atmosphere as "festive with a great variety." They believe Cal Poly students should come because “the food is cheaper than other places! And it’s yummy. It’s great to talk to the people who make your food, who know about how its made.”
