The five Cal Poly football players arrested in connection with an attempted robbery last August pleaded not guilty on all counts at their arraignment this morning.
At the end of the hearing, Judge Donald Umhofer will determine if there is enough evidence to proceed with a trial.
The case judge listened to testimonies and reviewed evidence to see if the case should continue on to trial.
The San Luis Obispo police department has arrested nutrition senior Gear McMillan, a member of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, on charges of possessing marijuana for sales and the possession of a controlled substance in the form of non-prescription medication.
During the session, the judge approved a stay-away order, preventing any of the players from making contact with the residents of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity house.
