A student reported an individual breaking into their apartment on Saturday night at Poly Canyon Village.
According to a Clery Act notification issued to students Saturday afternoon, the victim woke up to the burglar holding their hand over the victim’s face. There was a struggle between the victim and the intruder before the suspect fled through the front door.
In the email, the suspect was described as a “young adult Asian Male with neck length hair, grey sweatshirt and khaki pants.”
Law enforcement is seeking help from the public to find the suspect.
