Administration proposes fee for out-of-state students to fund low-income in-state students
The fee would begin as $2,010 per year for out-of-state students starting in Fall 2018 and gradually increase to students beginning in 2021 and beyond paying $8,040 per year.

Financial Aid Office to cancel unaccepted federal loans

But you have accepted a loan, signed a promissory note, completed loan counseling and you received a check, you are fine.
