The pre-preliminary hearing for former Cal Poly resident advisor Alexis Alejandro, who was accused of breaking into PCV with the intent to commit rape, has been postponed to Nov. 11.
Alejandro appeared in court today for the pre-preliminary hearing, which was rescheduled to this morning. This is the second postponement of the trial.
Alejandro is still held in the San Luis Obispo County Jail with a $200,000 bail.
