Cal Poly receives its water from the Whale Rock Reservoir in Cayucos. The recent rains over winter filled the reservoir to its max and it spilled for the first time since 2005. Mustang News report Matthew Bornhorst went to the reservoir to see what the reservoir being full means for Cal Poly.
