Cal Poly will hold a Celebration of Life event after the death of two university community members, Nicholas Reid Brown and Ian Kingsbury. The event will take place on Jan. 8 from 5-6 p.m. in the University Union Plaza.
Construction management sophomore Nick Brown died early Sunday morning on Nov. 29 while home with his parents in San Diego, Calif. Brown had an unforeseen and unexplained seizure which caused his heart to stop.
Cal Poly graduate Ian Kingsbury died on Nov. 30. Kingsbury was a software engineering graduate who was employed by Amazon.
