San Luis Obispo County has 489 confirmed cases of coronavirus as of Thursday, June 25 — up 16 cases from yesterday, according to County Public Health.
Of the total cases, 118 patients are at home in isolation and 360 patients have recovered. Ten are currently hospitalized, three of which are in intensive care.
There has been one death related to coronavirus in the county.
Total Confirmed COVID-19 Cases in SLO County
County Public Health has now conducted 4,630 tests in which 123 have tested positive. Private laboratories have detected 366 cases, and have conducted 14,963 tests since April 13, but the number of tests conducted before then is unknown, according to County Public Health.
The largest single-day spike the county saw happened on Wednesday, June 17 with 20 new cases reported that day.
There are 53 cases of coronavirus in those zero to 17-years-old, 119 in ages 18 to 29-years-old, 135 in ages 30 to 49-years-old, 106 in ages 50 to 64-years-old, 65 in 65 to 84-years-old, and 11 in ages 85 and older.
