E-cigarette ban now in effect after city postponed enforcement
The ordinance that banned these products was passed Feb. 4, 2020 and was was set to take effect on May 4, but the city postponed enforcement so stores that sold e-cigarette and flavored tobacco products had time to sell the rest of their inventory during the pandemic.
